This is María, the girl that tumblrs as she breaths (although sometimes I need a rest and I stop tumblring and go into Twitter, for example). So, if you’re here, it’s because you want to know anything else about my amazing myself. Or my tastes. Whatever. If you’re not here to learn about me… well, good luck. I’ll wake you up when it’s done.
First thing you should know about me is about what I post/reblog about. Well, I’m a very fan!girl teen (not a teen anymore, tho. Sad times) that falls for everything related to Harry Potter (specially, Rupert Grint and Matt Lewis; those guys are my weakness). I’ve read the books loads of times in my life, I write fanfics about the plot, read fanfics and talk about that world with my friends. I even have Neville’s wand, Ron’s box (the one that WB sells, with the Chudley Cannons poster and all that stuff) and a Prefect Badge. Freaky much?
Yes, sorry. That’s me. Also, I love a band (well, many, but this one is special) and they’re called McFLY. Those guys really changed my life for good. They’re like my angels, my babies and nobody can touch them/nor hurt them or I will kill whoever dares to do that. I’ve been to 12 gigs of them (both in the UK and Spain; coming up, Leeds, the 17th March. CAN’T. FUCKING. WAIT) and never get tired of them and their music. I love the fact they’re best friends, the lyrics they write, the way they are, their music… I love everything about them. Yes, even “Above the Noise”. That’s how much I love them.
I could be talking about them ages and ages, but that’s not the plan, plus you must be tired by now. Sorry, I warned you (no, I didn’t) so you should carry on to discover more tastes of mine. I promise it will be fun.
Soooo, I also love The Lord of the Rings. I have to say that I first watched films I and II and in the gap between II and III I read the third book and then the other two. I can’t explain why I do love so much that trilogy, but I do. I find it amazing. Both the story and the world around it. Also, the cast is like my family; they remain friends even today! That’s amazing. I’ve always wanted to live in Rivendell, be friends with Merry and Pippin and look like Eowyn. Speaking elvish and travel around the Middle Earth. Having seen the DVDs so many times is not enough. As Sharpay Evans used to say: “I want more!”.
Talking about films, you should know that my fave film EVER is Billy Elliot (I love others and call them “fave films” too, tho. But Billy will always be the main one) and that among my fave actors (apart from the two ones named in the HP section) are Aaron Johnson, Jamie Bell and Alex Pettyfer. I’ve seen every single film by them. EVERY. SINGLE. FILM. And that’s harsh. I mean, have you tried to watch “Dead Cool”? No, obviously you haven’t. Worst movie ever. I love them, I adore them, I admire them… but if they have something in common is that they have a really strange judgement to choose the roles. They all have really good films (just to name one of each one: Chatroom, Jumper, Wild Child) and also very bad ones (Dead Cool, Dear Wendy, I am number four). But, hey, they’re my babies, so I will always see whatever they’re starring in. I support them no matter what.
Another thing you should know is that, recently, I’m into One Direction so badly. It’s the radio’s fault. And theirs, obviously. They should stop being so cute, nice and charming. I knew them from long ago now, but started liking them a few months ago. And I’m not embarrassed about that. Why should I? I’m not less fan that one that’s been there since the beginning, nor more than one that’s discovered them today. A fan is not seized by the time she has supported a band, but by the love she feels for them. And I can say that they’re my little McFLY. Very few people knows ho much they’ve made to me in the latest weeks, but it’s been a lot. That’s why I know they will always have a place in my heart.
Well, we’re reaching the end. I can tell you that I blog a lot about John O’Callaghan, Disney movies (specially Peter Pan, Alice in Wonderland and Tangled) and whatever reminds me of my role-play characters (that is: Evan Rachel Wood, Mischa Barton -both two of my role models- or cute couples). Also, I’m really into The Hunger Games (NOT the films, thankyouverymuch), because if Harry Potter helped me through my childhood, HG gave me the hope in my teen years. Just for your information, I ADORE Peeta, Cinna and Finnick and I’m shaking about what Lionsgate will make to them in the cinema.
